Problem
How do green finance reform pilot zone policies affect the labor market, and what are the underlying mechanisms?
Method
Using 2010–2021 Chinese A-share listed company data and China City Statistical Yearbook data, applied the difference-in-differences (DID) model to evaluate the impact of green finance reform pilot zone policies on the labor market and the underlying logical mechanisms.
Result
Independently completed the empirical research paper, with findings contributing to understanding the real effects of green finance policies on employment dynamics in affected regions.
