Problem: How do green finance reform pilot zone policies affect the labor market, and what are the underlying mechanisms?
Method: Using 2010–2021 Chinese A-share listed company data and China City Statistical Yearbook data, applied the difference-in-differences (DID) model to evaluate the impact of green finance reform pilot zone policies on the labor market and the underlying logical mechanisms.
Result: Independently completed the empirical research paper, with findings contributing to understanding the real effects of green finance policies on employment dynamics in affected regions.
